You are probably going to laugh at what i am about to tell you. There is paid 2048 strategy guides being sold full of tips, strategies and equations (for those who want them).

I bought one as i wanted to see what all the fuss was and why they were so expensive ($49.99), also to release it to the public as i don't like this idea of people being good at the game because they bought a book. You can check it out and use it, i didn't even read it all as there is a few pages on equations and the mathematics behind it which i am just not interested in. However it did have a lot of interesting tips and trick that you can use to maximize your score.
